Dr. Buchner opened Gastrointestinal Associates of Cleveland, P.C. in 1992. Dr Buchner received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Tenneessee in Memphis. He performed a fellowship in gastroenterology in Temple, Texas at Scott and White Memorial Hospital. Dr. Buchner is Board Certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology with the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Brundage has been with Gastrointestinal Associates of Cleveland, P.C. since 2006. Dr. Brundage received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Western University of Health Sciences (COMP). He performed a fellowship in Gastroenterology at Brooks Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Dr. Brundage served 10 years with the United States Army Medical Corp.
Shelia has been with Gastrointestinal Associates of Cleveland, P.C. since 2001. Ms. Trew received her nursing degree from Cleveland State Community College in 1979, her B.S. from Southern College in 1983 and her MSN in 1999 from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is Board Certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center Association. Shelia previously worked at Erlanger Medical Center for more than 20 years.
Nick joined Gastrointestinal Associates of Cleveland, P.C. in 2021. Mr. Nakdimen was introduced to the medical field in the US Army. Nick joined the army after graduating high school and served as a medical specialist at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu. After being honorably discharged, he received his nursing degree from Lincoln Memorial University, followed by his MSN in 2006 from East Tennessee State University. He is Board Certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He has worked in oncology and hematology, nephrology and hospital medicine, prior to joining our practice.
Kari first joined Gastrointestinal Associates of Cleveland, P.C. in July of 2018 and was with our practice for over three years. She followed her heart and left to work as a hospitalist Nurse Practitioner in Chattanooga. Kari came back home in September 2022 and we are very excited to have her taking care of our patients.
Ms. Williams received her B.S in 1999 and MSN in 2003 from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is Board Certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Kari has worked in GI for almost 20 years and has also worked in a nursing home setting as a NP.
